- How is pricing determined? — We price by volume — how much space your items take up in our trailer — plus labour and disposal fees. You'll get an upfront price before we start, with no hidden add-ons.
- Do I need to be present during pickup? — Not necessarily. As long as items are accessible and we've confirmed the scope ahead of time, we can complete many jobs without you on-site.
- Do you offer same-day service? — Yes, in most cases, depending on crew availability.
- What happens to my stuff after you take it? — We donate usable furniture and goods, recycle metal, electronics, and appliances where possible, and only send what's left to the landfill. Some donated items are resold at our Husky Haulers BC Outlet.
- What areas do you service? — Surrey, Vancouver, Burnaby, Langley, Coquitlam, Richmond, Delta, Abbotsford, Maple Ridge, and surrounding communities.
- Do you take hazardous materials? — Certain items like paint, chemicals, and propane tanks require special disposal — let us know what you have and we'll advise.
